Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau founding partner Jennifer Wilcox Darger will co-chair the virtual Perrin Conferences’ New York Asbestos Litigation Conference on December 8, 2020. This conference brings together leading attorneys and industry professionals for noteworthy panels and key discussions focused on New York asbestos litigation.
Jennifer will be joined by DEYB founding partner Judy Yavitz, who will moderate a panel discussion on The Judicial Perspective. The panel will include several New York judges discussing the current state of the litigation and evolving jurisprudence.
DEYB partner Jonathan Kromberg will present on the Appellate Roundtable discussing the latest appellate and trial court decisions affecting asbestos litigation in New York.
